Why should I create a member’s account?

We want to serve you better. By registering with us, not only will you have instant access to your order history, you’ll be able to view the current contents of your cart from any computer simply by logging onto our site. You’ll also be the first to be informed about new products and promotions, including discount coupons for our online members.

To take advantage of these services, click the ‘New Account’ button and fill out the registration form “New Member”. Be sure to use an existing e-mail address since all communication with you will be through it. We promise to respect your privacy, and we will never share your data with anyone else who might. You may cancel your account at any time.

How do I search for things in your e-shop?

On the top side of the page you’ll find a menu listing all of the products we sell through our online store. Use it to locate the items that interest you. Alternatively, use the "search products" function at the top right side of our page.

How do I buy the things I’ve put in my shopping cart?

To place an order with us, first login to the site using your username and the password you created when you registered. Or, if you prefer, use the “guest checkout” button.

Click on the shopping cart located on the top-right of the e-shop. And click on the "Show cart" button. Look over the items you’ve chosen and check that they are the quantity that you would like to purchase. Make any changes, if necessary.

Next, select the shipping and payment method that suits you. Accept the terms of use of the site and go through check out by pressing the "Confirm Purchase" button. Your purchase has been completed. The details of your order will be sent automatically via e-mail.

What happens if the items I receive are the wrong ones, or have arrived damaged?

If we’ve sent you the wrong item, or if it’s been damaged in any way during shipping, please contact us right away. We’ll have you return the wrong or damaged item to us, along with any sales documentation, and we will send out a replacement item immediately.

All shipping costs for an incorrect or damaged item, including the return of the item and for sending its replacement, are our responsibility.

Can I request a special order for a product that does not exist in your e-shop?

One of our strengths is that we are flexible, so if you want something with special dimensions or need a product with different characteristics, then ask us. We’ll be happy to work with you.

What payment methods do you use?

Pick whichever of the following payment methods works best for you. There are no hidden surcharges regardless of which one you choose:

Can I collect from your shop?

Sure, we’d love to see you. We’re here Monday-Friday, 8:15 to 16:00.
Please note that for goods supplied on request or that need additional processing (such as cutting, grinding, sanding, stapling or crimping) will need extra time to prepare.

What if I buy something and I don’t like it? Can I return my order once I’ve received it?

Absolutely. We have a no-hassle return policy, and we never charge a re-stocking fee. If your order has already been shipped and for any reason you’re not pleased, return it to us within 14 days of its receipt, undamaged and unused, and accompanied by the corresponding sales document.

We’ll refund the full amount you paid for any items you ordered, including initial shipping fees (i.e. what you paid to have us ship you your order). You only have to pay the return shipping costs.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it at no charge – call us, or send us an e-mail with your name and your order number.

If you just want to change quantities, or add or remove items, then just cancel the original order and make a new one. Please do so quickly, though! We aim for same-day shipping whenever possible, so once we receive your order we work fast to get it packaged and sent to you right away.

If your parcel has already been picked up by our courier, you can still ask for cancellation. We will refund including initial (not return) shipping costs.

Please note: we cannot cancel orders that have been specially processed on the instructions of the client (i.e. cutting, grinding, sanding, stapling, crimping, etc.). Nor can we cancel orders for products that are not usually kept in stock but that were especially purchased on request by the customer.

When will you dispatch my order?

We’ll ship out your items by the next working day following your purchase. In fact, because we understand how important it is to you to receive your things quickly, we even try to ship them on the very same day you’ve placed your order, weekends and holidays excepted.

Goods supplied on request or that need additional processing (such as cutting, grinding, sanding, stapling or pressing) will need extra time to prepare, but we make every effort to insure you receive them as soon as possible. We want happy customers!

Is it possible to lose my order during transport?

No, it’s almost impossible to lose an order during transit. All of our products are shipped in registered packages that include a tracking number, allowing you to detect online the location of your order in real time. Contact us if you need assistance.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery time for orders within Greece.
For shipments to major cities within mainland Greece, it will take one working day from when we ship your order for you to receive your parcel – for example, if we ship your order on Monday, you should expect to receive it on Tuesday. For islands and non-major areas it will usually take 2-3 working days for your order to arrive. A tracking number will be provided to you by SMS or email.

If you choose to have an order shipped within Greece via ΕΛΤΑ/ELTA (the Greek postal service), total shipping costs are the same as with a private courier company. However, delivery usually takes longer and you may have to pick up your parcel from the local post office.

Rarely, there may be events that cause your order to be delayed, such as (but not limited to) power outages, technical failures, unpredictable weather conditions, strikes, etc. Should any delay occur, we’ll be quick to inform you about it, and we’ll make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Delivery time for international orders (outside the E.U.)
All deliveries shipped outside of the European Union are sent via the Greek postal service. Your order should arrive at your local post office in 10 to 30 days; follow its progress online via the tracking number you’ll receive by email.

Note that your parcel may incur import duties or other charges depending on the laws and regulations of your country.

How much are your shipping fees?

Our site automatically calculates the cost of transport. If there is more than one shipping option, compare costs and you choose whichever you prefer. We want you to get your things quickly, cheaply and in perfect condition, so we’re constantly reviewing our shipping methods to provide you with the absolute best service possible. At present, these are our delivery charges, subject to change:
In bulky products with a low weight, the volumetric weight is calculated according to the following formula:
WEIGHT = LENGTH x WIDTH x HEIGHT / 5000.
Where LENGTH, WIDTH and HEIGHT: package dimensions in cm.

In some products, such as veneers with large dimensions, the site may not be able to accurately calculate the cost of transport, especially when the veneers are combined in the same package with other products. In these cases, we may adjust the cost of transport, upwards or downwards, so as to correspond to the actual cost of transportation. In any case, we make sure that our packaging is the best protection product and economical for transportation.

Is it necessary to create an account in order make any purchases?

No. If you would rather not become a member, you can still make purchases through our e-shop by using the “guest checkout" option.

What is an online Shopping Cart, anyway?

Just as in a “real” store, an online shopping cart collects everything you want to buy while you are visiting our site.
When you see something you’re interested in, click on its picture or description to learn more about it and to see additional photographs.

Next, select the quantity you want to order and click the 'Add to Cart'. It’s now been added to your online shopping basket. You can add and remove items, as well as change the quantity you’d like to buy, until you are ready to complete your purchase.

I forgot my username / my password

To recover your username or password, you’ll need the e-mail address you provided when you registered on our site. From the menu at the bottom of the page, choose either “Forgot Your Password?” or “Forgot Your Username?” and follow the instructions.
